Commercial terms overview.
All quotations and orders are subject to commercial review, approved application scope, and written confirmation from Great Lakes Specialty Fasteners.
Quotation Basis
- Quotations are issued against customer drawings, specifications, sample references, and application details.
- Lead times and pricing are contingent on scope, finish requirement, packaging, and account approval status.
- Pilot-lot approval may be required before recurring production is released.
Application Limits
- Products are supplied only for approved non-structural applications.
- Great Lakes Specialty Fasteners may decline applications that involve structural, preload-critical, impact-driven, or safety-critical use.
- Use outside the written approved application envelope is not part of the supply commitment.
Order Handling
- Custom programs may require pilot quantities, finish approval, and account-specific packaging confirmation.
- Repeat releases are handled against stored commercial and quality references where agreed with the customer.
- Export orders may be subject to additional documentation and shipping review.
